Industry Intelligence Center
Industrial refrigeration intelligence: calculate, verify, then request quotes
Free planning tools for commercial and industrial cold-storage buyers: estimate heat load and pull-down, compare insulation, check cited storage data and official regulation sources, then turn your numbers into a team-reviewed RFQ. Every result shows its formula or source; nothing here is an engineering certification.
Compare annual country and perishable-trade signals to frame a location decision, not to infer available warehouse capacity, live prices or seasonal supply. Reading, data and calculators require no payment, lead submission or account.
- Module 1
Working calculators
Transparent inputs, units and formulas, with CSV export, print and shareable links. No sign-in required.
- Module 2
Cited data explorer
Official-source datasets with edition, licence, check date and limitations. Unknown values stay blank — never estimated.
- Module 3
Procurement comparison & guided RFQ
Carry calculator results into a team-reviewed RFQ. ColdMatch validates the brief, contacts suitable suppliers on your behalf and presents organised responses.
- Module 4
Regulation source directory
Official F-gas, HFC phase-down, ammonia safety and food-hygiene sources by country, linked to the authority.
- Module 5
Expert guides & checklists
Buyer-first guides on diagnosis, retrofit vs replacement, system selection and total cost.
- Module 6
Project workspace
Free signed-in workspace with tasks, milestones, Gantt, budgets and offer comparison, visible to the ColdMatch team on your request.
Common questions
- Do the calculators require an account?
- No. Every calculator works without signing in. An account is only needed to save results into a free project workspace.
- Are the results an engineering design?
- No. They are first-pass planning estimates from transparent steady-state formulas and your inputs. A qualified refrigeration engineer must confirm any design.
- Where does the data come from?
- Each dataset names its official source, edition, licence and limitations. Where no reliable open source is available, the page says so instead of showing an estimate.
