Marketplace Rules

These Marketplace Rules describe the conduct expected from all users of the ColdMatch Group platform. They complement the Buyer Terms, Supplier Terms and Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Fair dealing

Communicate promptly and professionally throughout the sourcing process.
Provide accurate, complete and lawful technical and commercial information.
Honour prices, lead times and specifications communicated to counterparties.

2. No circumvention

Buyers and suppliers introduced through the platform must not circumvent the platform in an attempt to bypass sourcing, quality-control, compliance or referral arrangements associated with the introduction.

3. Confidentiality

RFQ content, supplier pricing, project drawings and any information marked confidential may only be used for the purpose of evaluating and delivering the requested project.

4. Compliance

Users must comply with the AML, Sanctions, Export & Anti-Bribery Policy and with all applicable laws relating to refrigeration equipment, refrigerants, food safety, health and safety and cross-border trade.

5. Reviews, ratings and references

Any ratings, references or testimonials must be genuine and based on actual experience. Manipulation, fabrication or coercion of reviews is prohibited.

6. Disputes

Buyers and suppliers should first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith directly with the other party. ColdMatch Group is not a party to any supply, installation, financing or service contract and does not adjudicate commercial disputes, though it may, at its discretion, provide informal facilitation.

7. Enforcement

Violations may result in warnings, restrictions, suspension or termination as set out in the Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service.
