Financing Disclaimer

Not a lender. ColdMatch Group is not a lender, bank, financial institution, credit provider, investment advisor, insurer, payment institution or regulated financial services provider in any jurisdiction, and does not hold client money.

1. Scope

This Financing Disclaimer applies to any content, calculator, tool, page or introduction on the ColdMatch Group platform that references trade finance, equipment leasing, project finance, export finance, working capital, factoring, inventory finance, green finance, DFI/ECA support, insurance or similar arrangements.

2. Independent third-party financing only

Financing options, where available, are offered exclusively by independent third-party financing providers. ColdMatch Group only facilitates introductions.
Any financing decision, eligibility assessment, underwriting, KYC/KYB, sanctions screening, pricing, security, terms and drawdown conditions are determined solely by the third-party financing provider.
Any financing agreement, if entered into, exists exclusively between the user and the third-party financing provider. ColdMatch Group is not a party to that agreement.
Financing is not guaranteed. Availability, amount, tenor, pricing and currency depend on project characteristics, jurisdiction, sector, sponsor creditworthiness and the provider's own criteria.

3. No advice

Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, insurance, legal or credit advice, nor an offer, solicitation or recommendation to enter into any financing, credit, insurance or investment transaction. Calculators and cost benchmarks are for informational purposes only and rely on user-supplied inputs and generic assumptions.

4. User responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for conducting their own legal, tax, financial, regulatory and commercial due diligence, including assessment of the financing provider, product, currency risk and contractual terms.

5. No liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ColdMatch Group is not liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense arising out of or in connection with any financing decision, lender action or inaction, default, project failure, foreign exchange movement, regulatory change, sanction, insolvency or dispute between the user and any financing provider.
