1. Independent procurement platform

• ColdMatch Group is an independent digital procurement and project planning platform for industrial refrigeration and cold-chain infrastructure.
• ColdMatch Group does not manufacture refrigeration equipment.
• ColdMatch Group does not certify suppliers.
• ColdMatch Group does not guarantee technical performance, energy savings, pricing or commercial outcomes.
• Information published on the platform is provided solely to support procurement planning and informed decision-making.
• Customers remain responsible for engineering design, technical verification, the regulatory requirements that apply to their own role and commercial due diligence before entering into any agreement with a supplier, EPC contractor, financier or other third party.
• Global B2B Group and its platforms are committed to conducting their own activities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. ColdMatch facilitates sourcing and RFQs and does not itself manufacture, sell or export the listed products. Each participant remains responsible for the legal requirements that apply to its own role: suppliers for their products and services meeting the requirements of the origin and destination countries, where relevant; buyers and importers for their import permissions, local requirements and due diligence. Requirements differ by product and jurisdiction. ColdMatch's checks do not guarantee any supplier's compliance, and this notice does not replace legal advice. See Regulation and restricted items.

2. Technical content

• Technical articles, calculators, benchmarks, comparisons, checklists, tools and planning resources are provided for general informational purposes only.
• They do not replace professional engineering advice, site-specific design, thermal load calculations, regulatory compliance reviews, safety assessments or refrigerant handling and F-gas evaluations by qualified professionals.
• Outputs of calculators are estimates based on user inputs and generic assumptions. Actual performance depends on site conditions, product selection, installation quality, operating regime and maintenance.

3. Financing content

• Financing information is provided for informational purposes only.
• ColdMatch Group does not guarantee financing approval, funding availability or commercial terms, and is not a lender, bank, credit provider, investment advisor or regulated financial services provider.
• Any financing depends on project characteristics and independent approval by participating financial institutions or partners, subject to their own eligibility, credit, compliance and KYC checks.
• Nothing on the platform constitutes an offer, solicitation or recommendation to enter into any financing, credit, investment or insurance transaction.

4. Third-party information

Supplier information, product data, prices, lead times, certifications, images and third-party references are provided by the respective third parties or compiled from public sources. ColdMatch Group does not verify, endorse or guarantee such information. Users must confirm all specifications, certifications and commercial terms directly with the third party before making any decision.

5. No professional relationship

Use of this platform does not create an engineering, legal, financial, tax or advisory relationship between the user and ColdMatch Group. For binding advice, engage a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.

6. Verify before reliance and evidence labels

• Planning estimates, cost baselines, calculator outputs, AI-generated content, market data and guides are informational and must be confirmed before they are relied on.
• In proposal comparisons, values are labelled Supplier-submitted (as stated by the supplier, not independently checked), Checked by ColdMatch (compared against the document or brief named in the note — not a certification or engineering approval), ColdMatch estimate (a planning estimate using a stated assumption, not a supplier price) or Pending (not yet provided or reviewed).
• ColdMatch does not claim that suppliers are vetted or verified and does not guarantee availability, certification, insurance cover, savings or performance.

7. Translations

Machine translations of website content and courtesy translations of legal documents are provided for convenience and may be incomplete or reflect an earlier version. The current English version prevails.
