Intellectual Property & Copyright Policy

1. Ownership of platform content
The platform, its source code, layout, design system, imagery, calculators, datasets, editorial content, "ColdMatch Group" name, logo and related trademarks are the property of ColdMatch Group or its licensors and are protected under applicable Cypriot, EU and international law. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
2. Limited licence
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the platform for legitimate industrial refrigeration and cold-chain procurement, in accordance with the Terms of Service. No right to scrape, mirror, redistribute, translate or reverse engineer any part of the platform is granted.
3. Supplier and third-party content
Supplier logos, product images, datasheets, drawings, brochures and case studies remain the property of the respective third parties and are used with permission or under fair use for the purpose of sourcing. Third parties are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of their submissions.
4. Trademark notice
"ColdMatch Group" and related word and design marks are trademarks of ColdMatch Group. Third-party trademarks are the property of their respective owners; their appearance does not imply endorsement, partnership or affiliation.
5. Copyright & infringement notice
If you believe content on the platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please send a written notice to legal@coldmatchgroup.com including:
- Your identity and contact details.
- Identification of the copyrighted work or trademark and your rights therein.
- The exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised and that the information in your notice is accurate.
- An electronic or physical signature.
ColdMatch Group reserves the right, where appropriate and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, to remove or disable access to material that is the subject of a bona fide infringement notice and to terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
6. Counter-notice
A user whose content has been removed may submit a counter-notice to the same address, identifying the material, explaining the legal basis for its restoration and providing contact details.
