The website coldmatchgroup.com and related sub-domains (collectively, the "Platform") are operated by ColdMatch Group, an independent digital procurement and project-planning platform for industrial refrigeration and cold-chain infrastructure, and a specialised platform within the GlobalB2BGroup ecosystem.

2. Jurisdiction

ColdMatch Group is operated from the Republic of Cyprus.

3. Governing law

Use of the Platform is governed by our published legal policies — in particular the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Disclaimer — and, where those policies are silent, by the applicable laws of the Republic of Cyprus, except where mandatory local law of the user's jurisdiction applies. Nothing in this Legal Notice waives any non-derogable consumer or data-protection rights available to users in their place of residence.

ColdMatch Group is not a manufacturer, EPC contractor, distributor, lender or insurer, and is not a party to any supply, installation, financing or service contract concluded between users and third parties introduced via the Platform.
