No figures are pre-filled: budgets and offers are what you or approved parties enter.
Foreign-currency costs are only totalled when you enter a rate and its source; we timestamp it.
Deleted tasks, costs and offers can be restored; changes are kept in an activity log.

Frequently asked questions

Is the project planner free?

Yes. Creating projects, tasks, the Gantt timeline, budget lines, offer comparison and inviting collaborators requires a free ColdMatch buyer account and no payment. Commercial terms for managed procurement services are agreed separately with the ColdMatch team.

Which phases does the cold storage template include?

Load calculations, site and utilities, temperature specifications, energy modelling, equipment sourcing, offers and award, and installation and commissioning — with editable starting dates and milestones.

Does the planner give me supplier prices?

No. Budget and offer figures are entered by you or, for inquiries handled by the ColdMatch team, shared with your approval. The planner never invents quotes; cost estimates come from the calculators you choose to use.

Can my colleagues and consultants work on the plan?

Yes. The project owner can invite people by email as viewers or editors. They only gain access after signing in with that verified email, and each project is visible only to its owner, invited collaborators and authorised ColdMatch staff.

What does the AI copilot do?

On request it reviews your plan and suggests possibly missing specifications, next steps and risks. Its output is labelled as AI advice, it does not change your project unless you confirm a suggested task, and it does not provide quotes or regulatory guarantees.
