A good industrial refrigeration RFQ states the room temperatures and volumes, product and daily throughput, design ambient conditions, required refrigeration capacity (or the data to calculate it), refrigerant preference, power supply, scope boundaries, standards to comply with, and the commercial terms you want quoted.
