What should a pharmaceutical cold storage RFQ include?+
Temperature bands and tolerance, facility type, net storage volume or pallet positions, ambient design conditions, redundancy level, validation scope (IQ/OQ/PQ, mapping), monitoring and alarm requirements, backup power, and the required handover date. This form collects each of those so suppliers quote on identical scope.
Can I attach drawings, URS or validation documents?+
Yes. You can upload up to 6 files (10 MB each) — layout drawings, user requirement specifications, temperature mapping reports, tender documents or audit findings. Files are scanned and shared only with suppliers matched to your project.
How many quotes will I receive and how fast?+
Most pharmaceutical RFQs are matched to 3–5 qualified suppliers, with first responses typically within 3–5 business days. Ultra-low temperature and validated turnkey scopes can take slightly longer because the validation package is priced separately.
