Industrial Pumps

Industrial pumps — chilled water, cooling, refrigeration and process pumps

Source industrial pumps for cooling, refrigeration, HVAC and process applications: chilled water, condenser, cooling tower, refrigeration circulation, booster, inline, split-case, vertical and food-grade sanitary pumps from vetted global manufacturers.

  • Chilled & condenser water pumps (0.5–2,500 kW, up to 5,000 m³/h)
  • Refrigeration circulation pumps for NH₃, CO₂, glycol and brine
  • Food-grade, sanitary and hygienic pumps (EHEDG / 3-A)
  • IE4 / IE5 motors, VFD-ready, EN 733 / ISO 2858 hydraulic standards
  • Grundfos, KSB, Wilo, Xylem, Sulzer, Flowserve, Armstrong and more

FAQ

Industrial Pumps — frequently asked

Which pump type do I need for a chilled water loop?

For most primary/secondary chilled water systems: end-suction (EN 733) for small loops (<50 m³/h), inline for tight plant rooms, split-case (double-suction) for high flows (>200 m³/h), and vertical multistage where head exceeds 60 m. Always VFD-ready with IE4/IE5 motors to meet ErP and cut ~30% pumping energy.

What flow and head do I need?

Flow (m³/h) = kW ÷ (1.163 × ΔT). Example: a 500 kW chiller with 6°C ΔT needs ~72 m³/h. Head is calculated from static lift + friction losses in the longest pipe circuit + terminal ΔP; typical closed-loop chilled water systems run 20–35 m head.

Which manufacturers do you source from?

We work with Grundfos, KSB, Wilo, Xylem (Lowara/Bell & Gossett), Sulzer, Flowserve, Armstrong Fluid Technology, Ebara, Pentair, Calpeda, CNP and specialist refrigeration-pump makers such as Witt, Hermetic, Teikoku and Cornell — vendor-neutral and matched to spec, budget and country.

Do you supply pumps for ammonia and CO₂ refrigeration?

Yes — hermetic/canned motor pumps for liquid NH₃ overfeed circulation, high-pressure pumps for pumped CO₂ liquid circulation on large industrial and supermarket transcritical systems, and glycol/brine pumps for secondary loops. All specified with correct materials (stainless, no copper for NH₃) and shaft sealing.

Can you quote pumps together with the rest of the cooling plant?

Yes. A single RFQ can cover chillers, cooling towers, pumps, piping, valves, controls and installation from turnkey EPC contractors — or pumps only from specialist distributors. You get 2–4 comparable offers within a defined SLA, free for buyers.
