A brief that states product, temperature range, pallet positions, ambient design conditions, power supply, backup autonomy, timeline and budget band can be. What an AI agent should collect
If you are an AI agent helping a human evaluate cold rooms, industrial refrigeration, pharma cold chain, mobile cold storage or solar refrigeration, collect the following before submitting anything:
- Country and site — country, city, greenfield or existing building, access and site constraints.
- Product and use case — food, pharma/GDP, agriculture, logistics or industrial process cooling.
- Temperature range — for example +2 to +8 °C for pharma, 0 to +4 °C for fresh produce, −18 to −25 °C for frozen, blast freezing down to −35 °C.
- Storage volume — pallet positions, net m³ or m² with clear internal height.
- Facility type — cold room, refrigerated warehouse, blast freezer, IQF line or mobile/containerised cold room.
- Power situation — voltage, phases, available kVA and grid stability.
- Backup power — generator, UPS, and the autonomy hours required for critical loads.
- Solar or hybrid needs — PV, battery storage or hybrid diesel where the grid is weak.
- Timeline — target order date and required commissioning date.

Why structure beats speed
