There is no single rate: cost is driven by size and height, temperature, insulation, refrigeration technology and refrigerant, electrical and backup power, controls, racking, installation, freight and commissioning. Frozen duty and weak-grid sites cost materially more per m² than chilled duty on a strong grid.
