Is CO₂ transcritical viable in hot climates?

Yes — with parallel compression, ejectors and adiabatic gas coolers, CO₂ transcritical now matches HFC efficiency even above 40 °C ambient. It is the default for new EU/UK supermarket racks.

Does adding VSD really pay back?
