Red flags that remove a bidder
No written load basis. A quote issued within hours of a vague enquiry. References that cannot be contacted. Unexplained scope exclusions. Reluctance to state the refrigerant charge or safety regime. Pressure to sign before technical clarification rounds close. A price far below the local benchmark band — usually a scope gap, not a bargain.
