How to validate funded demand without inventing a package

Read the official project document, then the current procurement plan and any package-specific amendments. Record the document date separately from the date you accessed it. An overall investment envelope can include irrigation, roads, training and financial services as well as refrigeration.

Match project ID, implementing agency and package reference across documents.
Check whether the package is goods, works, design services or operations.
Mark planned, cancelled, closed, awarded and unknown separately.
Request scope confirmation from the buyer; no automated harvesting or outreach is performed by this site.

Implementation and consultant interfaces

A design consultant may control the load basis while the PIU controls procurement and a prime contractor controls installation interfaces. Request an interface matrix naming responsibility for civil works, electrical connection, refrigeration, controls, training and acceptance. Do not imply a consultant appointment or EPC award from a funding announcement.
