We source and compare cold-chain solutions around your facility

Understand the requirement

Application, temperatures, capacity, site, energy, standards and scope are recorded before any supplier is approached.

Source and compare

We identify potential suppliers in relevant markets and compare their responses against one structured brief.

Coordinate procurement

Supplier contact, clarifications and negotiation run through ColdMatch. There is no direct buyer-to-supplier connection.

From RFQ to decision: how the process works

  1. 1

    Submit a structured RFQ

Describe the equipment or project: specification, capacity or quantity, temperatures, timing or season, origin and destination, required certifications and documents, technical or packaging needs, and preferred delivery terms where relevant.

  2. 2

    Clarify and identify

Our team checks the brief, asks clarifying questions and identifies potential suppliers or solutions in relevant markets. Projects of USD 250,000 or more go to sourcing review.

  3. 3

    Coordinate and collect

We send suppliers the project requirements, coordinate their questions and collect comparable information and quotations where suppliers provide them.

  4. 4

    Review together

We help you review price, specification, capacity, availability, documentation, delivery and logistics assumptions, and open risks, then coordinate agreed next steps.

  5. 5

    You decide; we follow up

You decide whether to proceed, ask for clarifications or close the request. If you proceed, our team coordinates the introduction and next steps with the selected supplier; any purchase contract is between you and that supplier.

What to expect: Timing depends on scope, how complete the brief is, location and supplier availability. We do not guarantee a timeline, supplier participation, prices or a particular outcome.

A supplier is only described as vetted, compliant, available or technically suitable when supporting evidence is on file. Supplier information on this site is for research only.

Confidential: suppliers receive your project requirements; your name and contact details are shared only when our team makes an introduction.
