Project overview
A Qatari developer needed a central plant to serve retail, office and hospitality towers under a single ESCO-style operating model. ColdMatch Group sourced chillers, cooling towers, pumps, BMS and thermal energy storage provisioning through a competitive tender.

- Peak cooling demand coincided with peak electrical tariff windows.
- Multiple end-users required transparent metering and SLA-based billing.

- High-efficiency water-cooled centrifugal chillers with variable-speed drives.
- Space and interfaces provisioned for future TES tank to shift 20% of load off-peak.
- BTU metering per tenant with BMS-integrated billing feed.
