Who can apply to be listed in the ColdMatch supplier directory?

Refrigeration equipment manufacturers, cold room and panel producers, plant builders, EPC contractors, controls and monitoring vendors, and cold-chain integrators that can serve industrial projects. You should be able to show delivered project references in the markets you claim.

Does listing cost anything?

Applying and being listed is free. ColdMatch Group is an independent intermediary: we are paid a commission only when a project introduced through us closes. There is no pay-to-rank placement in the directory.

How long does the review take?

Applications are reviewed manually, normally within a few working days. We may come back with questions about references, service coverage or certifications before a listing decision is made.

Will I receive buyer enquiries automatically?

No. ColdMatch is not an automatic marketplace. Every buyer request is reviewed and structured into a brief first; only then do we research suitable companies and make introductions manually. Being listed makes your company discoverable for that research — it does not generate an automated lead feed.

Can I update or remove my listing later?

Yes. Email the ColdMatch team at any time to update your equipment lines, markets and contacts, or to have the listing removed. Directory listing criteria are set out in our supplier directory policy.
