What size of project do you support?

Our services are designed for commercial and industrial projects, generally with a budget of USD 250,000 or more, such as cold stores, blast freezers, processing plants and pharma cold rooms.

What information should I prepare?

Product type, daily intake, storage volume or pallet positions, target temperatures, site location and status, maximum outdoor temperature, power availability and your target start date.

How do you choose which suppliers to introduce?

We shortlist from 100+ refrigeration technology and equipment suppliers based on project fit, technology, regional presence and references. Introductions are made manually, not automatically.

Do you prepare the RFQ document?

Yes. We help structure a technical RFQ with scope, design conditions, refrigerant preferences, standards and commercial terms so bids can be compared on the same basis.

Can you help compare the bids we receive?

Yes. We help you line up scope, capacity, energy use, refrigerant, warranty, lead time and exclusions so differences between offers are visible before you decide.

Is ColdMatch a manufacturer, installer or EPC contractor?

No. ColdMatch does not manufacture, sell, design, install or certify equipment. Contracts are signed directly between the buyer and the selected supplier or contractor.

Do you provide financing?

No. Neither ColdMatch nor Global B2B Group lends money or gives financial advice. Qualified projects may be introduced to independent financing partners.

Who makes the final decision?

You do. We prepare information and comparisons; the buyer keeps full control over supplier selection, technical approval and contract terms.

Which countries do you cover?

We support projects worldwide, with frequent work across Africa, the Middle East, Europe and Asia, and add country context such as power, logistics and import considerations.

Which sectors do you work with?
