How many docks do I need?
For frozen 3PL, plan 1 dock per 800–1,200 m³ of storage. For chilled distribution, 1 per 1,500 m³. Model peak-hour throughput and truck dwell time — average numbers hide the bottleneck.
Is a refrigerated vestibule worth the CAPEX?

Foam pad, curtain or inflatable shelter?
