Early-Stage Project Planning

This is still a planning exercise rather than a purchase. Use the calculators and planning guides first; you are welcome to submit the brief so the team can point you at the right inputs, but supplier outreach would be premature.

Still to confirm

Target temperature range — it sets the operating point and the plant type.
Storage volume and/or daily throughput — without both, the refrigeration duty cannot be fixed.
Greenfield, extension or retrofit — the envelope decides much of the scope.
Local climate and energy reliability — design ambient and backup expectation change the selection.
Monitoring and traceability level — a contract item, not an extra.
Applicable compliance regime — food hygiene, export rules or GDP change the design.
Installation and commissioning scope — the main reason quotations are not comparable.
Project-value range — needed to judge whether structured review applies.
Required operational date — panel and compressor lead times often decide feasibility.
Technical-specification status — whether drawings or an outline brief exist.
