Submit a supplier profile for ColdMatch review

The ColdMatch supplier directory is a research resource, not an automatic marketplace. You can submit a refrigeration manufacturer, EPC contractor, engineering consultancy or cold-chain automation integrator you want considered. ColdMatch Group reviews every submission manually — company scope, references, certifications and delivery record — before the profile is published or any outreach happens.

1. You submit the profile

Buyers, consultants and project owners can suggest a supplier they want researched or considered.

2. ColdMatch verifies

We check scope, references, certifications, export markets and delivery record against the directory policy.

3. Manual review decision

David / ColdMatch Group decides whether the company is added to the research directory.

4. Outreach only after approval

No supplier is contacted, introduced or shared with a buyer before internal approval.

Supplier and manufacturer listings are provided for research, transparency and discovery only. ColdMatch Group does not provide automatic buyer-supplier introductions. Every cold chain project request is reviewed manually by David / ColdMatch Group, and supplier introductions are made only after internal approval.

I understand that ColdMatch uses a curated introduction model. Directory registration does not provide automatic access to private buyer enquiries, project details or buyer contact information.

Submitting a profile does not create a buyer-supplier introduction and does not imply approval, certification or recommendation by ColdMatch Group.

How ColdMatch project introductions work

ColdMatch is built around structured industrial refrigeration sourcing rather than uncontrolled lead distribution. We do not automatically forward every enquiry to multiple refrigeration suppliers.

1The buyer submits the project to ColdMatch — never to a list of suppliers.
2Our technology helps organize the requirement around temperature, capacity, product, room size, freezing requirements, refrigerant, site conditions and commercial needs.
3Our team reviews the project and researches potentially suitable suppliers.
4If your company appears relevant, ColdMatch may contact you for additional technical or commercial information.
5Only when there is a meaningful potential fit do we coordinate an introduction.

This means fewer irrelevant enquiries for suppliers and a clearer procurement process for buyers. Technology helps structure the project. Human review remains part of every commercial introduction, and only David or an authorized ColdMatch / Global B2B Group team member approves and coordinates it.
